Halle Berry Reveal Perfume Review

Halle Berry recently launched her third fragrance, Reveal by Halle Berry ($12.50 - $35). It's the perfect balance of timeless sophistication and easy elegance. Reveal is truly reminiscent of what it means to be naturally glamorous - an intriguing blend of confidence, charisma, realness with a hint of mystery.

This voluptuous fragrance is composed with top notes if Mimosa Flower, Juicy Peach, Honey Dew Melon, and Red Berries; middle notes of Iris Blossom, Plumeria Flower, and Neroli Petals; and base notes of Vetiver, Cashmere Woods, and Skin Musk. I honestly haven't smelled a fragrance this beautiful in a long time. I'm not fond of scents that are too earthy or heavier and I like that this isn't the case at all with this perfume. It's perfect for me since it is light, yet delightfully intoxicating at the same time. I love how it lingers on throughout the day without pulling a disappearing act. It's the scent that I choose first whenever I go out on a date. The Iris is the special part of the composition of this perfume, which can be a bit dark or woody. However, Halle chose facets of it to make feel velvety soft and airy.

The Reveal bottle design is an exquisite vintage-esque bottle with a contemporary twist. Taking inspiration from the art deco era and Halle's fond memories of a beloved object d'art, the flacon is curvaceously shaped like a four-sided teardrop, with ridges that make it beautifully tactile, The heavy glass is transparent to let the light golden juice inside shine through, and is topped with a jewel-like cut cap.

You can buy this fragrance at Target.com, Kohl's, and Sears.com.
