Sweety Shetty the sexy siren familiar as Anushka Shetty (screen name) to the Tollywood film lovers was born on November 7 1981. Anushka who belongs to Karnataka is a Mangalorian Shetty speaking Tulu, born and brought up in Bangalore. She was born in the famous Bellipady family and her parents are into the hospitality industry.
Anushka did her schooling in Bangalore. Anushka, the only sister for her two elder brothers was a quiet girl in School days but with a notorious streak in her. She was up to a lot of naughty tricks but the quiet image helped her to get away while her friends had to bear the brunt. Anushka’s eldest brother is Dr. Sai Ramesh (Dentistry) and the elder one Gunaranjan (Engineer) is a well settled businessman.

Meeting Yoga Master, Bharat Thakkur (who married actress Bhoomika) in Mumbai changed her life directing her focus into the fitness world.

The film created records in Telugu with Anushka in the central role. Produced at a Budget of 13 crores Shyam Prasad made a woman oriented subject without using Anushka’s glam looks.
