45 Minute Treadmill Workout

One of the most versatile of the cardiovascular exercise machine is the treadmill. There are a number of workouts, that can be performed using this machine. One can walk on a treadmill, jog, run or perform a number of other treadmill workouts as well. The treadmill workouts are able to burn a considerable amount of fat off the body, as they are able to work a number of muscle groups in the body simultaneously. If a person is bored doing the same workout for over a certain period of time, then he may want to consider 45 minute treadmill workout. In this workout, one can either increase the speed or incline or both to throw monotony out of the window.
