How to Make Beet Juice

Beets are an interesting vegetable. Just the insides are enough to hold you entranced, with its rich and deep maroon-y purple colored insides, that are semi-solid to the bite. These ground vegetables are great for when you want to add a vibrant color to a salad, or pitch in some sweetness for an appetizer. With its mild sweetness, beets are a much favored vegetable, and can be eaten plain after being sliced / diced, or pulped to produce its juice. It contains within itself a chockfull of nutrients, that have recently caught the attention of researchers, who say that beets are quite a powerhouse vegetable.
