Quit Smoking Cold Turkey Timeline

If you intend to quit smoking, there exist numerous reasons for you to do so. There are two widely-used strategies to which you can resort to: the cold turkey method (wherein you stop smoking abruptly from a said point of time) or the gradual cessation method (wherein you slowly lessen the number of cigarettes a day, before you completely stop smoking). It is very difficult to say which is the better of these two, with some people saying stop smoking abruptly helps quit smoking for once and all, while others suggesting slowing down gradually before quitting it for once.
