Very nicely done. But yes, completely pointless! It doesn't show what "Spymac 3" is, what its features are. WTF is the point????

I'm a bit disturbed that you have turned Wifi on and have joined a second network? Presumably the server is also on a wired LAN. Since this is a recent change, it sure looks suspect. Maybe there is some loop so that the system is appearing twice (although BonJour doesn't go across subnets AFAIK).

I bought RAM in January from OWC for my MacBook Pro. Went from 2GB to 8GB. Everything is working fine.

If it is a software problem (which I also suspect), it should be possible to make it disappear by installing linux and tweeking the video settings. It may also be a firmware issue, and it won't be fixed until Apple address the problem.
So, has anyone tried the new PB with Linux??
Personally I don't see it as a problem. I have to get as close as 15cm from the screen to actually see the effect. I know that would give me a headache, lines or not :)

Did you remove it from the original paired computer?
If you did try shutting down the original paired computer and then try to pair with the new computer it should work.

Hey y'all. This is probably wishful thinking, but how would you go about storing and managing a 110,000 song (650GB) iTunes library on a wireless network drive?
The setup wasn't hard, but it' SO SLOW!
I plugged the 2TB USB drive with the library into an Airport Extreme, connected to it over the wireless network, opened iTunes while holding 'alt', and chose the library on the network drive. Unfortunately, it's so slow that scrolling and searching are next to impossible. And forget about AirTunes!
The goal would be to have that whole library accessible from my laptop and then played through AirTunes speakers.
Like I said, this is probably just wishful thinking, but has anyone else set up a system like this?

If you already leave a computer on SecuritySpy is good on OSX. That is what I have been using for a while.

My point was if the OP doesn't even know how many keys there are on a full size keyboard, then he's obviously new to this. He's looking for a mini keyboard according to his post. From a financial standpoint, I think he'd be wasting his money, spending extra for a pressure sensitive kybd.
Once he begins working with in a DAW, he can edit his keyboard performance there. It's much easier to draw that type of midi data in a DAW's graphic interface, than it is to develop the keyboard chops needed to play it in.

To be honest, I think the only way to achieve 100% Excel compatibility is to, well, use Excel.
I mean for ordinary personal stuff I'm sure cross-compatibility will be no problem. But if you are running a business in which you are constantly sending and receiving Excel files, I'd probably just bite the bullet and continue to use Excel.
It may be somewhat easier to achieve good results with Excel than Word though, since spreadsheets typically are less focused on style and formatting.
And not only Excel, but to 100% guarantee things look the same, you need to use the PC version (if you're dealing with PC customers) and you need to make sure you use a font that they have, the same screen resolution they are running, etc.

okay, i think this is it.
i cannot browse below ~/Documents by going to 127.0.0.1/~zim. but i can browse freely by going to 127.0.0.1.
dunno what the deal is, but at least i have a solution. and what i said above about ditching the link at /Library/WebServer/Documents/Documents should be ignored. it's needed.
wasn't this fun? :-)

Didn't see this posted yet, I would hate to be on the Comair plane as it gets whipped around. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the collision of an Airbus A-380 and a smaller plane at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
Air France Flight 7, bound for Paris, was taxiing on a runway Monday night when its left wingtip struck the tail of Comair Flight 6293, which had just landed from Boston and was taxiing to its gate at Kennedy, one of the nation's busiest airports.
There were no injuries.
Both planes were being inspected Tuesday. Pilots and crew will also be interviewed.
Passenger Lawrence Grotts was on board the Air France plane.
"It really felt just like a speedbump or like hitting a pothole -- a jolt -- but it didn't feel right ... like that shouldn't be happening," he said.
The NTSB said it has requested the flight recorders and will review air traffic control tapes and what is known as ground radar data.
The double-deck Airbus A-380 had 495 passengers and 25 crew members on board, Air France said in a statement. The Comair CRJ 700 Regional Jet had 62 passengers and four crew members.
"This incident only caused material damage to the two aircraft," Air France said. The airline said it is assisting the NTSB.
Maxine Lubner, chair of the aviation department at Vaughn College, said communication could have been a problem.
"When the plane, the A-380, was on the taxiway, Alpha, it's under FAA control," she said. "The regional jet may have already been switched to the company's frequency."
Lubner said the Air France pilots should have been able to see the smaller aircraft.

To sum things up with as little grief as possible, I'm selling my SD300. I don't have the box or anything for it but I do have a cheap walmart case to include and an extra battery. I also have a 1gb sandisk SD card to include with it. If somebody wishes, I can negotiate a deal for no card to be included say..if somebody already has one or something. You get the charger too.
Pics....I don't really have a pic of just the camera, just it pictured with some other stuff I'm slating for the chopping block. You can see everything at:
http://pics.intarweblog.com/index.php?mode=album&alb=xmas
The camera is in the middle of the second to last picture. If you see anything else in any of the pictures that you may be interested in, let me know. paypal would be pretty much my only method of accepted payment and I really hate shipping to canada but I may do it on this camera since it would be a small package. Don't ask me to ship anything else to Canada, I might lose my mind on the next customs form while shipping something I'd be better off throwing away.
ASKING $250 for this camera with everything mentioned. No extra items implied. Shipping not included.
